Chairman
Ronald John Presley, OBE,
FRICS: Joined Edward Erdman & Co in 1947 as an
office boy straight from Archbishop Temple’s Boys School and rose to
senior partner and chief executive of the practice. He remains a
consultant to Colliers Conrad Ritblat Erdman. During his career, he
acted for and advised several major retail companies on town centre
developments. He is on the boards of two well known property companies.
His outside interests include tennis. He was President of the Lawn
Tennis Association from 1988-1990, served on the Championships
Committee at Wimbledon and, for many years, was director of the Queen’s
Club. In 1991, he was awarded the OBE for services to tennis. He is
also chairman of CRY - a charity dealing with cardiac risk in the young.

Neil
David Mitchenall: A former employee of Edward Erdman
& Co (1968 - 1980) and a founder director of Lunson Mitchenall
Ltd., a major shopping consultancy formed in 1980. He has been
personally involved with over 40 shopping centres totalling over 2
million square metres. He is President Elect of the BCSC (British
Council of Shopping Centres), chairs the BSCS Awards Panel, is a Board
member of the International Council of Shopping Centres Europe and
chairs its Europe Awards Panel. His publications include: ‘The Shopping
Centre Industry - Its Importance To The UK Economy’ and ‘The Code Of
Practice For Shopping Centre Competitions’.

Clive
Ross, BSc (Est. Man), FRICS: He was educated at St
Paul’s School and The College of Estate Management, University of
Reading, and is a former employee and partner of Edward Erdman
& Co from 1970 - 1991, latterly as Head of Investment. He
founded Fineman Ross with Peter Fineman in 1991, specialising in
commercial property investment for major national and international
clients. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the RICS Diploma in
Property Investment, the Property Investment Forum and the Estate
Management Club and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered
Surveyors.
