The entry requirement for the e-learning module, Property as an Asset Class, is a cognate or semi cognate degree (or degree-equivalent cognate professional qualification) with evidence of relevant experience.

The entry requirements for the classroom-based modules are two years experience after completing a professional qualification although other qualifications and more extensive experience may also be taken into account. Evidence of an appropriate level of understanding and experience is required for direct entry on to the Part II modules.
