The Investment Property Forum Diploma and Certificates
Candidates who successfully complete a module and its assessment are awarded a Certificate. Qualification for the Investment Property Forum Diploma requires passes in all of the Part II modules following successful completion of (or exemption from) the Part I modules. Assessment, however, is optional.

Those who successfully achieve the IPF Diploma can use the designation Dip IPF if they choose.
